To make your night even easier, we are arranging for vans to provide transportation from the venue back to these hotels at the end of the night.
Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes
A modern all-suite hotel on Insurgentes featuring 150 rooms. It is designed with a spacious, residential layout, offering a comfortable and convenient stay for guests who appreciate a bit of extra room.
We have secured fixed nightly rates to protect our guests from seasonal price increases. To lock in these specific rates, you must book before December 18th by contacting the hotel directly via email or phone using our code.

Booking with the code requires an international bank transfer or providing credit card details over the phone/email. If you prefer the convenience of an instant reservation, you are also welcome to book directly through the hotel website or Expedia at the current market rate.

This is a good, dependable spot if you're looking for a comfortable place to crash! It’s a popular choice for travelers who want the essentials and plan to spend the majority of their weekend out and about.

Polanco: An upscale area known for its world-class dining, luxury shopping, and beautiful parks like the Bosque de Chapultepec.
Roma Norte & Condesa: Trendy and vibrant neighborhoods popular for their walkable streets, boutique shops, and a huge variety of cafes and bars.
Coyoacán (Centro) & Del Valle: These areas are closest to the venue and offer a more traditional, residential feel with easy access to local markets, shopping malls, and a variety of great restaurants. We’ll be staying in this area ourselves!
A Note on Traffic
Please keep in mind that while distances may look short on a map, Mexico City traffic can be unpredictable and quite chaotic (especially on weekends!). We recommend choosing your area based on the sights you most want to see to minimize your time in transit.
